I have over nine years of experience as a real estate professional, much of which has been focused on the REO/Default segment of the industry.  I currently specialize as an REO listing agent with a strong work ethic dedicated to timely, competent, professional service for my clients.

My REO specific experience began as a team leader for my company broker, and evolved into my current position as the leader of my own REO team.  I have completed numerous BPOs and CMAs, and have current, relevant knowledge of local market conditions, as well as a good handle on how to select appropriate comps and make applicable adjustments to determine an accurate opinion of value. 

In addition to my well qualified experience, I have acquired REO/BPO specific training to assure the highest level  of competence that my clients expect.  I am also committed to continuing education to stay current with new laws that affect the way we do business, new methods to deliver better service for my clients, and new client expectations that affect the way I conduct my business.
